COVID-19 Update

Dear Customer,

As you are aware, the COVID-19 pandemic is impacting business operations worldwide and raising many concerns. Here at S.H. Bell Company, we want to assure you that we are doing all that we can to help minimize the impact the virus has on our company, and also on our highly valued customer base. Being that our services are vital to the supply chain, as are yours, we want you to know that we are doing everything we can do to protect our employees and customers, while at the same time maximizing Operations to the best of our ability.

An S.H. Bell Task Force has been created that is actively monitoring the status of the virus and making decisions on Best Practices to protect our employees and customers. We are monitoring the guidance of public health authorities regarding the spread of the virus. We thankfully have no limitations on providing services at this time, but this is a fluid and rapidly changing situation.

S.H. Bell Co has implemented stringent internal policies to help ensure the health and safety of employees and customers. We have also implemented the following policies that apply to external visitors effective immediately:

Any visitor to an S.H. Bell Company location will be required to schedule an appointment a minimum 48 hours in advance, and also complete and submit a self-assessment form prior to arrival. Any visitor not meeting the requirements of the Medical and Travel Self-Assessment will not be permitted to enter the facility. Nonessential visits should be postponed.

All S. H. Bell employee areas have been restricted from all outside visitors including drivers, vendors, subcontractors, and customers. When truck drivers enter an S.H. Bell Co. terminal they must stay with their truck at all times, and are restricted from moving throughout the terminal.

We are currently staggering shifts, and between shifts we are cleaning and disinfecting specific equipment daily. Nightly we are performing deep cleanings of the office and facility including the scale house, locker rooms, lunchrooms, and the guard house.

We intend to issue service updates weekly, or on an as-needed basis. Please do not hesitate to reach out to us with any further questions or comments you may have. Our goal, as always, is to continue providing services to the best of our ability.
